Head Units Designed for Audi

Audi interiors can vary between models, years, trims and factory systems, so compatibility is always the first thing to check. Your dashboard layout, wiring, screen setup, steering-wheel controls, factory amplifier, and existing vehicle features can all affect which head unit is right for your Audi.

DMS Engineering head units are designed as plug-and-play solutions, with the required components included for installation. Where relevant, fascia kits, wiring harnesses, CANBUS adapters or steering wheel control interfaces are included with your head unit purchase to help the system fit correctly, connect properly and retain key factory functions where possible.

For extra peace of mind, you can upload a photo of your dashboard on any head unit product page when placing your order. Our team will check the fitment before dispatch, helping make sure the unit you receive is the perfect fit.

Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for Audi

Apple CarPlay and Android Auto make your Audi easier to use every day. Instead of handling your phone while driving, you can access compatible apps through your head unit’s touchscreen display to support safer, more compliant driving.

Depending on the unit, you can use maps and navigation, make calls, receive messages, stream Spotify, Apple Music and other compatible apps, and use voice control for common tasks. Wired or wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto options may be available depending on the model selected.

What to Check Before Buying an Audi Head Unit

Before purchasing, check your Audi model, year, and series; your preferred screen size and dashboard fitment; single-DIN or double-DIN compatibility; wired or wireless Apple CarPlay; wired or wireless Android Auto; reverse camera compatibility; steering wheel control retention; factory amplifier or speaker setup; and installation requirements.

We provide all relevant kits or wiring harnesses for compatible DMS Engineering head units.
